Job Duties

  • Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
  • serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures
  • prepare cold food items such as salad dressings and fruit trays
  • follow sanitary regulations at all times
  • provide Platinum Service with each dining experience
  • set up meal trays and dining room with utensils and condiments
  • assist in checking resident trays before distribution
  • deliver food carts and trays to designated areas
  • pour hot and cold beverages for residents
  • assist residents with opening containers and condiments
  • prepare and deliver snacks for special events and parties
  • bus tables during and after meals
  • stock food and supplies properly
  • clean storage areas as directed
  • provide support to other dining rooms during events
  • attend trainings and employee meetings
  • clean and follow daily cleaning tasks
