Job Duties
- Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
- serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures
- prepare cold food items such as salad dressings and fruit trays
- follow sanitary regulations at all times
- provide Platinum Service with each dining experience
- set up meal trays and dining room with utensils and condiments
- assist in checking resident trays before distribution
- deliver food carts and trays to designated areas
- pour hot and cold beverages for residents
- assist residents with opening containers and condiments
- prepare and deliver snacks for special events and parties
- bus tables during and after meals
- stock food and supplies properly
- clean storage areas as directed
- provide support to other dining rooms during events
- attend trainings and employee meetings
- clean and follow daily cleaning tasks
