Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior restaurant experience is an advantage
- Must be friendly and have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work full-time shifts 6am-2pm and 11am-7pm
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to follow safe food handling and sanitation procedures
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Must be friendly and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to foster a teamwork environment
- Demonstrate professional behavior and good personal hygiene
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle resident concerns tactfully and professionally
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Serve meals in a professional manner demonstrating genuine concern to please residents and guests
- Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices
- Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned
- Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion
- Maintain a positive attitude demonstrate professional behavior and practice good personal hygiene
- Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed
- Tactfully and professionally handle resident concerns and complaints
- Follow all Dining Services Standards of service
