Job Requirements
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Experience working with a POS system is beneficial
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required
- Food Handler and RBS certification or ability to obtain one is required
- Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends including Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 90% of the workday
- Frequent bending, stooping, and stretching, especially in tight spaces
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and hold up to 50 pounds
- All candidates must undergo a background check and drug testing as part of the hiring process

Job Duties
- Greet and seat residents and guests when no host is available
- Guide guests through their dining experience with full menu knowledge
- Follow Food and Beverage sequence of service as outlined by management
- Set and reset tables before, during, and after service
- Clear and clean tables during service to maintain a tidy environment
- Assist in running food and beverages to tables ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Complete opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of dining area
- Address spills and broken items immediately using safety protocols
- Clean equipment and supplies following company and health guidelines
- Collaborate with management and staff to resolve guest needs and ensure smooth service
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards team members and guests
- Perform other related tasks as required by management
