Job Requirements
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Experience working with a POS system is beneficial
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Food Handler and RBS certification or ability to obtain one
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk up to 90% of the workday
- Frequent bending, stooping, and stretching
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and hold up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug testing
- Commitment to a drug-free work environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred

- Ability to obtain Food Handler and RBS certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greeting and seating residents and guests when no host is available
- Guide guests through their dining experience with full menu knowledge
- Follow Food & Beverage service protocols as outlined by management
- Set and reset tables before, during, and after service
- Clear and clean tables during service to maintain tidiness
- Assist in timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Complete opening and closing duties including dining area setup and breakdown
- Address spills and broken glassware/dishes promptly to ensure safety
- Clean all equipment and supplies following health guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest needs and ensure smooth service
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and enthusiastic attitude
- Perform other related tasks as required
