Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or similar setting
- ABC certified or ability to complete certification within 30 days of hire
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Wine service experience
- Knowledge of agave based spirits is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be enthusiastic about providing excellent hospitality

Job Duties
- Provide high quality service to guests
- Learn and thoroughly understand the food and beverage menus
- Answer guest questions regarding menu items and dietary restrictions
- Skillfully navigate and recommend items from a non-traditional Latin American wine list
- Ensure excellent hospitality and guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to meet guest needs
- Manage multiple tables efficiently in a fine dining environment
