Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a serving or customer service role preferred
- ability to work the specified schedule including flexibility for evenings and weekends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting and carrying

Job Duties
- serve meals to residents and be one of the first smiling faces they see every single day
- provide unparalleled customer service to residents and their guests
- work in a large open dining room within a breathtaking community
- build positive impactful relationships with residents and peers
- clean and reset tables and chairs
- vacuum dining room carpet
- clean the salad bar area
- live by core values of respect kindness compassion honesty and service excellence
