Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- adherence to company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence

- naturally build positive relationships with all those around you
- eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry
- experience working in a team environment ideally in a culinary or serving setting

Job Duties
- Serve meals to residents and be one of the first smiling faces they see every single day
- provide unparalleled customer service to residents and their guests
- work in a large open dining room within a breathtaking community
- build positive, impactful relationships with residents and peers
- clean and reset tables and chairs
- vacuum dining room carpet
- clean the salad bar area
