Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work the schedule from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday with flexibility for evenings and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- strong customer service orientation
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods
- must live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence

Job Duties
- pre-setting tables
- taking entrée orders
- serving meals
- pouring coffee
- bussing tables
- cleaning and resetting tables and chairs
- vacuuming dining room carpet
- cleaning salad bar area
- providing unparalleled customer service to residents and guests
- building positive relationships with residents and peers
