Job Duties
- Successfully scale, mix, bake, and cut products like brownies, blondies, peppermint bark
- mass produce and bake all bar products for holiday baskets
- properly cut all brownies and blondies to the correct size
- maintain a positive, respectful, and clean work environment
- follow direction and recipes correctly
- ensure all product is kept to Dog Tag Bakery standards
- maintain production and stock levels for stations
- communicate low ingredients to chef if stock is low
