Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- physical ability to bend stand lift twist walk and perform manual dexterity tasks
- ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- knowledge of state and corporate safety and sanitation regulations
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- basic computer skills
- basic literacy skills
- satisfactory performance reviews
- 6 to 12 months related experience
- strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide fast friendly and efficient customer service
- smile make eye contact and thank customers
- maintain a neat clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- follow the bakery production list
- operate bakery ovens and equipment properly including loading and unloading
- mix ferment and mold bread dough to corporate specifications
- assist with or create customer special orders
- adhere to safety standards and control shrink
- perform other duties as assigned
