Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk and twist frequently
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Basic literacy and computer skills
- Prior bakery or food service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly and efficient customer service
- Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Follow production lists as assigned by bakery manager or first clerk
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers and utensils
- Ensure all bread dough is mixed, fermented and molded to corporate specifications
- Assist or create customer special orders
- Maintain compliance with state and corporate safety standards
- Control shrink through adherence to policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
