Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- reliable transportation within 20-mile radius of St Petersburg and Tampa
- physical ability to bend kneel push lift 20 pounds
- pass criminal background check with no felonies or recent misdemeanors
- availability for scheduled hours monday to friday or tuesday to saturday 8 am to 6 pm
- willingness to travel between Tampa and Saint Petersburg as needed
- ability to work alone
- must speak English
- consistent availability for required shifts
Job Qualifications
- one or more years of residential cleaning experience preferred
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- reliable transportation
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently
- good customer service skills
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- basic English communication skills
Job Duties
- perform thorough cleaning tasks such as dusting vacuuming mopping sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens and deep and move-in move-out cleanings
- use and maintain cleaning equipment including vacuums and steam cleaners
- travel daily between client homes using own vehicle
- deliver excellent customer service ensuring client satisfaction
- work independently following assigned schedule
- maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
- follow company policies and procedures
