Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of residential cleaning experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with no DUIs or major violations in past 5 years
- Reliable transportation to travel within 20-mile radius of St. Petersburg and Tampa
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, push, and lift up to 20 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Pass a criminal background check
- Ability to work alone
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 8 AM-6 PM or Tuesday-Saturday 8 AM-6 PM with occasional flexibility
- Willingness to travel between Tampa and St. Petersburg as needed
- Must consistently work required hours
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of residential cleaning experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate in English
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, kneeling, pushing, and lifting 20 pounds
- Pass a criminal background check
- Availability to work Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday within specified hours
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and deep and move-in/move-out cleanings
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment like vacuums and steam cleaners
- Travel daily between client homes using own vehicle
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Adhere to company safety and cleaning standards
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within the set schedule
- Communicate with clients and team members professionally
