Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM CST
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual abilities a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers as the first point of contact
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence efficiently
  • Maintain a well-organized front desk and lobby area
  • Coordinate appointments and support scheduling for staff
  • Provide administrative support including data entry and filing
  • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a seamless customer experience
  • Uphold customer-centric culture by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
