Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency including email and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
- Flexible availability including some evenings and Saturdays
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist position is preferred
- Great communicator
- listens and conveys information effectively
- Cooperative, helpful, and connects with others seamlessly
- Strong ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and Saturdays
Job Duties
- Manage a multi-line phone system and direct customer calls to the proper department, communicating with customers in a professional, warm, and empathetic manner
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide information or direct them to the appropriate staff member for further assistance
- Assist management with various clerical duties
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with different departments
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
