Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
  • Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency including email and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
  • Flexible availability including some evenings and Saturdays
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist position is preferred
  • Great communicator
  • listens and conveys information effectively
  • Cooperative, helpful, and connects with others seamlessly
  • Strong ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) preferred
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings and Saturdays

Job Duties

  • Manage a multi-line phone system and direct customer calls to the proper department, communicating with customers in a professional, warm, and empathetic manner
  • Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide information or direct them to the appropriate staff member for further assistance
  • Assist management with various clerical duties
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with different departments
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
