Job Requirements
- Graduate of a state approved QMA training program
- Passed QMA exam as designated by the State Board of Health
- Currently licensed with the Indiana State CNA Registry as a Qualified Medication Aide
- Practical knowledge of CNA and QMA duties
- Ability to assist residents in activities of daily living
- Passion for providing high-quality care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist licensed and nursing staff by performing routine nursing care tasks appropriate for delegation to a QMA
- Administer medications as required under supervision
- Support residents with activities of daily living
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
- Uphold Marquette’s Extraordinary Impressions Values in daily work
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
