Job Requirements
- Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods
- must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- experience in similar roles using cleaning products and equipment to clean floors and carpets
- able to work on a team as well as independently
- strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Bilingual
- experience in the janitorial industry
- preferred experience with floor and carpet cleaning
- willingness and ability to learn floor and carpet cleaning if no experience
- strong report writing and verbal communication skills
- ability to work on a team and independently
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types
- stripping, buffing and waxing floors
- dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture
- scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures
- emptying trash cans and washing and drying windows
- requesting cleaning supply orders and reporting breakages and needed repairs
- assisting building management with all projects and other job duties as requested
- performing light handyman duties
- performing light painting
