Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in supervisory role in luxury hospitality or food and beverage
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and server skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for long periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Possession of current New Mexico Alcohol Server and Food Handler certifications
- US work authorization unless currently in a managerial position at Four Seasons
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-end restaurant or related work
- Strong food and beverage knowledge and server skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move around the pool and hotel area for the entire shift
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Current New Mexico Alcohol Server and Food Handler certifications
Job Duties
- Play a key role in developing food and beverage staff through Four Seasons service standards, inspiring and guiding employees to consistently deliver excellence
- Provide leadership within pool operations and seamlessly extend support across all food and beverage outlets in response to operational demands
- Build strong, authentic connections with staff to foster a positive and engaged team culture
- Clearly communicate information to staff, empowering them to make thoughtful decisions that elevate the guest experience
- Maintain deep knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and coach staff to confidently share ingredient details and engaging menu descriptions
- Commit to continuous learning, expanding your expertise in food and beverage products
- Perform additional administrative duties, including inventories, scheduling, and menu planning
