Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in laundry or healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy laundry loads
- Reliable transportation to Anderson, California
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety protocols
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work PM shifts Friday through Monday
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift laundry loads throughout the shift
- Previous laundry or healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of infection control practices
- Strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Washing, drying, folding, and distributing resident laundry and facility linens
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Following infection control and safety procedures
- Assisting with linen inventory and supply management
- Standing, bending, and lifting laundry loads throughout the shift
- Ensuring timely completion of laundry tasks
- Collaborating with healthcare staff to meet resident needs
