Job Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of line cook or pizza experience
able to work weekdays, weekends, afternoons, and evenings
reliable and punctual
able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
must follow recipes and quality standards
able to communicate with kitchen leadership
able to maintain cleanliness of work station

Job Qualifications

Two years of line cook or pizza experience
ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
knowledge of pizza dough and sauce preparation
experience with brick ovens preferred
ability to maintain quality and consistency
good communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepares and cooks pizzas by managing dough, sauces, quality ingredients, operating and maintenance of ovens
responsible for weekly specials
operates service window offering slices at the turn
manages tasks and prep in an efficient manner
follows recipes to ensure consistency and quality control
communicates with Sous Chef and Executive Chef
cleans and organizes cook station throughout shift
