Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of line cook or pizza experience
  • able to work weekdays, weekends, afternoons, and evenings
  • reliable and punctual
  • able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • must follow recipes and quality standards
  • able to communicate with kitchen leadership
  • able to maintain cleanliness of work station

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of line cook or pizza experience
  • ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
  • knowledge of pizza dough and sauce preparation
  • experience with brick ovens preferred
  • ability to maintain quality and consistency
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepares and cooks pizzas by managing dough, sauces, quality ingredients, operating and maintenance of ovens
  • responsible for weekly specials
  • operates service window offering slices at the turn
  • manages tasks and prep in an efficient manner
  • follows recipes to ensure consistency and quality control
  • communicates with Sous Chef and Executive Chef
  • cleans and organizes cook station throughout shift
