Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Must be bondable
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, and occasionally climb, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to lift and move weights up to 75 pounds occasionally with team lifting required for 50 pounds or more
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to complete company training including customer service, safety, cashier, and bagger technical skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow company policies and safety regulations
- Present a clean, neat and professional appearance according to company standards
- Ability to lift heavy grocery items safely and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including adding, subtracting, and calculating discounts
- Valid driver's license

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to customer inquiries
- Willingness to participate in and complete all required company training programs
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Download internet orders and shop online orders per company policies
- Load grocery orders into customer vehicles efficiently and safely
- Perform cashier and bagger duties during down times to support store operations
- Maintain adequate work area, including cleaning, stocking, and restocking as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers, store associates, and corporate office regarding requests, sales promotions, and inventory changes
- Follow safety procedures and company policies including proper handling of chemicals and reporting hazards
- Adapt to changing priorities and assist fellow associates as needed to ensure smooth store operations
