Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, or active enrollment in a high school/GED program, or one year of previous work experience in lieu of diploma/GED
  • Must demonstrate compassion, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to provide an exceptional experience for patients and families at all times
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
  • Act 34 clearance

  • Answer phones, respond to call lights, and provide non-clinical assistance
