Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment in a high school/GED program or one year of previous work experience in lieu of a diploma/GED
ability to demonstrate compassion and enthusiasm
ability to follow written and verbal instructions
clearances including Act 34

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or active enrollment in a high school/GED program or one year of previous work experience in lieu of a diploma/GED
compassion, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to provide an exceptional experience for patients and families
previous experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred but not required
ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Job Duties

Greet and escort patients and visitors
assist with patient transport, meal delivery, and supply replenishment
maintain clean, organized spaces and report maintenance needs
answer phones, respond to call lights, and provide non-clinical assistance
