Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least one year experience in pastry or related food service area
- Ability to multitask in high volume restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Professional disposition
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts including weekends, holidays, days, and nights
Job Qualifications

- Minimum one year experience in pastry, food and beverage or related professional area
- Ability to work well with others and be a team player
- Attention to detail

Job Duties
- Operate day-to-day pastry and bakery section operations
- Prepare cakes, cookies, pies, breads and other baked goods following recipes
- Ensure excellent quality and presentation of dessert offerings
- Maintain proper food handling and temperature standards
- Decorate pastries using icings, toppings and other techniques
- Check quality of raw and cooked food products
- Report equipment problems and safety issues to supervisor immediately
