Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- valid car insurance
- proof of legal authorization to work in the us
- ability to perform physical labor including ladder work
- willingness to work monday to friday day shifts
- no mandatory nights, weekends, or holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in customer service or general labor is a plus
- ability to work independently or with a partner
- strong attention to detail
- courteous and professional demeanor
- self-motivated and reliable
- basic physical fitness to perform manual tasks outdoors
Job Duties
- clean commercial and residential windows using the company-provided equipment
- a work outdoors more than 50% of the time
- follow safety protocols while on ladders and job sites
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
- travel between job locations within assigned territory
- complete minimal paperwork related to job assignments
- maintain equipment and uniforms in good condition
