Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Less than 1 year clerical or administrative experience required
- Insurance or customer service experience preferred
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required in Employee Health and may be required at other locations within 90 days of hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- IT and computer proficiency required
- Basic math skills necessary
- Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing helpful

- Verify patient information and insurance details accurately

- Perform billing-related tasks including posting charges, authorizations, and referrals
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Assist with initial collections and insurance verification processes
