Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Less than 1 year clerical or administrative experience required
- Insurance or customer service experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required in Employee Health and possibly other locations within 90 days of hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Proficient in IT and computer systems
- Basic math skills required
- Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing is helpful

- Other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
