Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Live within 25-35 miles of Atwater, CA or secondary locations Turlock, Merced, Livingston, CA
- Open availability with the ability to adjust schedule as needed
- Ability to carry out physical activities required for stocking and merchandising
- Own a personal vehicle for transportation
- Adhere to company's policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Positive and professional attitude with self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional pushing or pulling over 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Carry out in-store visits following Mondelez's DSD merchandising steps including capturing pictures of displays
- Order product via iPad tablet for shelf and display to ensure stock availability
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well stocked and maintained according to guidelines
- Ensure sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers are followed and report issues to management
- Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
