Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs and occasional pushing or pulling over 50 lbs
- Availability Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday starting by 8 am
- Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location Sioux Falls, SD
- Possess a positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs

- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations
- Availability to work the specified schedule
- Residence within 25-35 miles of Sioux Falls, SD or Tea, SD secondary location
Job Duties
- Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Carry out in-store visits following Mondelez's DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays
- Order products via iPad for shelf and display replenishment to ensure in-stock conditions
- Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per corporate guidelines
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient service
- Support seasonal displays, sales enhancement, and new product launches
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude representing Mondelez in stores
