Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or related setting
- Proven experience in handling and parking vehicles safely and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience adhering to strict safety and security protocols
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and presentable appearance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
- Ability to learn and utilize new technologies, such as parking management software
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing prompt and courteous service
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas, following established procedures and traffic laws
- Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including keys and vehicle information
- Assist guests with luggage and other belongings, ensuring their safe handling
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area, including sweeping, emptying trash receptacles, and reporting any maintenance issues
- Monitor traffic flow and direct vehicles efficiently to minimize congestion
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing proper attire and using safety equipment
- Communicate effectively with other valet attendants, security personnel, and other staff members
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
