Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or related setting
  • Proven experience in handling and parking vehicles safely and efficiently

  • Experience adhering to strict safety and security protocols
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing prompt and courteous service
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas, following established procedures and traffic laws
  • Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including keys and vehicle information
  • Assist guests with luggage and other belongings, ensuring their safe handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet area, including sweeping, emptying trash receptacles, and reporting any maintenance issues
  • Monitor traffic flow and direct vehicles efficiently to minimize congestion
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing proper attire and using safety equipment
  • Communicate effectively with other valet attendants, security personnel, and other staff members
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
