- proficiency in operating office equipment and computer systems
- exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus

- MS Office and previous experience in recreation or membership software a plus
Job Duties
- Constantly greet and develop relationships with members and program participants throughout the facility
- answer incoming telephone calls, transfer calls as necessary, and provide assistance to Recreation Commission patrons and the general public
- respond to public inquiries in a courteous and informative manner
- direct patrons and guests to program locations within the facility, ensuring they have a seamless experience
- input patron registrations into a computer system, including registration requests made by phone
- process transactions and prepare refunds in accordance with established policies
- remain knowledgeable about all programs, class schedules, and membership information
- maintain a safe environment within the facility
- address member complaints and concerns promptly, keeping the Operations Lead and Supervisors informed of any issues, emergencies, or complaints
- compile data and process forms and records as needed
- maintain records accurately
- operate a variety of office equipment, including telephones, computers, and copy machines
- input and retrieve data and text as required to support daily operations
