Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk and stand continuously
- current valid driver's license
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform duties such as snow removal
- capable of completing AED and CPR certification training
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- basic computer literacy
- experience in emergency response is beneficial but not mandatory

- ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and understanding
- current driver's license in good standing
- excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- attention to detail
- basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- experience working in or with police or fire department is helpful but not required
- capable of working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to remain calm and professional during emergency situations
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact to personally greet all customers and valet park vehicles
- provide an array of services to members including unloading vehicles, delivering packages and mail, transportation, dog walking, and washing cars
- provide a safe and secure environment as a first responder in all areas of the community
- serve as liaison between the community and emergency personnel including fire department, paramedics, and 911
- respond to medical emergencies by taking appropriate and immediate action to assist individuals in distress
- complete building security rounds
- assist the maintenance department with snow removal when necessary
- certify in using AED and performing CPR with required training provided
