Job Requirements
- Must be available afternoons, evenings and weekend afternoons and evenings
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, pull, fold, kneel and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Ability to work in indoor environments with exposure to noise, dust, fumes and various temperatures
- Willingness to complete blood borne pathogens and hazardous material training
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be a team player
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all club areas including locker rooms, fitness areas, courts, patios, sidewalks, and parking lots
- Launder and stock towels and robes in all appropriate locations
- Ensure amenities are fully stocked in locker rooms and spa areas
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Remove litter and garbage regularly from all club areas
- Mop, wash, wax, polish floors and vacuum carpets
- Attend all required staff meetings and collaborate with team members
