Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- three plus years in customer service or hospitality
- one plus year in a supervisory or concierge role preferred
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- comfortable in fast-paced environments
- proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
- monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter
- assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points
- communicate effectively with property management and support teams
- stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests
- maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions
- support the Lead Lobby Attendant with property-specific duties as needed
