- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or high volume full-service culinary environment preferred
- Food handler certification
- Trained in knife skills and basic kitchen equipment
- Ability to multi-task under pressure

Job Duties
- Provide excellent food quality and presentation to guests
- Manage culinary functions to meet food quality goals
- Maintain sufficient food stock levels at the line stations
- Keep workstation clean and sanitary including kitchen equipment
- Comply with hotel and restaurant rules, policies, and procedures
- Assist in daily cleaning of pantry, cooking line, prep kitchen, and other kitchen areas
- Educate servers regarding the menu for proper guest service
