Job Requirements
- Proven cooking experience
- excellent understanding of various cooking methods ingredients equipment and procedures
- accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- familiarity with industry best practices
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- flexibility to work typical shifts from noon to 10 PM
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Prepping station for service
- stock product for service according to prep sheets
- cook menu items in cooperation with fellow kitchen staff ensuring that food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
- comply with proper sanitation and safety standards
- maintain a positive professional and helpful approach with fellow coworkers
- assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
- support inventory management and waste control
