Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Six months to one year related experience or training
- Safe Serve/Food Handler's Card
- Ability to work in a high pace and hot environment
- Flexible and long working hours sometimes required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Maintains regular attendance
- Complies with dress code and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use cooking metrics and conversion methods for all cooking measurements
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prepare all ingredients for the shift before service begins
- Operate station in an efficient and safe manner
- Practice serve-safe methods in preparing, cooking, holding and storing food items
- Produce excellent quality food products
- Follow opening and closing kitchen procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards
- Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
