Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- One year dining room serving experience beyond fast food level
- Ability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
- Open availability for breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
- Authorization to work in the United States full-time
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Prior experience in a senior living or healthcare dining environment preferred
Job Duties
- Assist management with training new employees
- Help implement company policies and maintain cleanliness of dining rooms
- Work independently as a dining room lead during daytime and nighttime shifts
- Prepare tables for meals
- Refill containers and clear dishes
- Handle food safely and attend to residents’ needs
- Take phone orders and ensure other servers complete tasks
- Facilitate a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests
