Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years old
  • Must have at least two years of cooking experience above fast food or fast casual
  • BLS certification or willingness to obtain if hired
  • Availability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to hire
  • Authorization to work full-time in the United States
  • Ability to work the specified hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years cooking experience beyond fast food or fast casual level
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Ability to work 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM including weekends and holidays
  • Strong culinary skills in diverse cooking methods
  • Capability to supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality meals ensuring proper portioning and appealing presentation
  • Perform various food preparation methods including baking, grilling, stove-top, and oven cooking
  • Oversee kitchen cleanliness and maintain sanitary standards
  • Supervise and support other cooks and kitchen staff
  • Monitor the progress and skills development of kitchen team members
  • Manage kitchen projects and aspects of food preparation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling
