Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Two years of cooking experience beyond fast food or fast casual
  • Experience in supervisory, training, or mentoring roles in kitchen
  • Basic Life Support certification or willingness to obtain
  • Flexibility to work breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Passing background check and drug screening
  • Commitment to uphold company’s mission and values

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of cooking experience beyond fast food and fast casual
  • Experience in supervisory, training, or mentoring roles in the kitchen
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality meals appealing to residents
  • Oversee food preparation activities including baking, grilling, stove-top, and oven cooking
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff and cooks
  • Manage kitchen projects and food preparation processes
  • Maintain food portion control and presentation standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure meal service runs smoothly
