Job Duties

  • make reservations at local establishments upon client requests
  • manage concierge staff
  • handle inquiries from clients and residents professionally
  • assist with organizing on-site events
  • greet clients and guide them to designated areas
  • manage customer expectations and process important queries politely
  • maintain tailored experiences for frequent clients based on their needs
  • answer telephones and monitor the lobby
  • provide information about local stores and services
  • maintain control and logging of all keys
  • announce visitors to clients and tenants and manage visitor access
  • maintain a clean and pleasant environment
  • log and secure all packages and deliveries
