Job Duties

  • Create an outstanding dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly
  • prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, with impeccable presentation and attention to detail
  • have an extensive knowledge of all menu items and their preparation
  • take guest orders while making menu recommendations
  • set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • assist with table turnover and maintain a smooth flow of service during peak hours
  • collaborate with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction
