Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three years related experience and/or training
- willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
- AST certification
- ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions and correspondence
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to stand, walk, use hands and arms, talk, hear, taste, or smell regularly
- ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally
- ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- demonstrate patience and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications

- completed company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and department manager training

Job Duties
- assist to manage and supervise up to 12 associates in the Starbucks Department
- order and receive products
- complete necessary paperwork
- interview and train associates
- plan, assign, and direct work
- assist in appraising performance
- reward and discipline associates
- address complaints and resolve problems
