Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three years related experience and/or training
- AST-certified

Job Duties
- assist in managing and supervising up to 12 associates in the Starbucks Department
- assist the Department Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department
- carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and standards
- order and receive product
- complete paperwork
- interview and train associates
- plan, assign, and direct work
- assist in appraising performance
- reward and discipline associates
- address complaints and resolve problems
