Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- willingness to participate in training and team orientation
- ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- completion of required company training including food safety and department manager training
- ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste or smell
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in a moderately noisy, wet, humid, or mechanically active environment
- reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
Job Qualifications

- completion of company training programs including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and department manager training
- must be AST-certified
Job Duties
- Assist in managing and supervising up to 12 associates in the Starbucks Department
- order and receive products
- complete paperwork
- interview and train associates
- plan, assign, and direct work
- assist in appraising performance
- reward and discipline associates
- address complaints and resolve problems
