Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Ability to work with a variety of chemicals and detergents
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Physical ability to handle laundry tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred but not required
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and chemical handling
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding and inspecting linens and terry for stains and wear
- Ensure laundry area is clean, organized and maintains stock and inventory
- Assist with cleaning rooms and public spaces when needed
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team and guests
- Follow verbal directions and ensure the safe handling of chemicals and detergents
