Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to work with guests, vendors, co-workers and management
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and walk for an extended period
- The ability to move luggage, packages and/or furniture weighing up to forty pounds
- Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Wash, dry, fold, and sort all hotel linen and towels
- Load and unload washers and dryers according to load volume standards
- Supply Front Desk with linens and amenities for after-hour use as directed
- Take inventory and control movement of soiled, damaged, and fresh linen
- Always provide the highest quality of service to guests
- Maintain and operate all laundry equipment in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain ample supply of clean linen and towels
- Clean dryer lint screens and drain traps twice daily and as needed
- Inspect for and treat all stains with stain removal procedures
- Participate in monthly inventory counts
- Report any equipment malfunction to maintenance immediately
