- formal culinary education from an accredited cooking school or apprenticeship or comparable baking/pastry experience
- ten or more years of work in baking/pastry
- ServSafe Manager Certified

Job Duties
- Teach introductory and advanced baking and pastry courses
- advise students
- develop, modify, and assess curricula
- participate in department and college activities
- serve on committees
