Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning is advantageous
- physically capable of performing cleaning duties such as lifting bending and standing for long periods
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
- customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle physical workload including lifting and standing for extended periods
- willingness to provide excellent customer service
Job Duties
- clean guest rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- dispose of trash and recyclables
- respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- perform guest turn down service as needed
