Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable and dependable work ethic

- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet, meeting, conference rooms
- Perform dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash, and emptying ashtrays
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves, as needed
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed
